The Premier Keyholding package is aimed at customers who want to know that their investment
is in safe hands. With this package you get the following.
Property Inspections: Regular inspections are conducted to check both the interior and
exterior of your property.
Twice Monthly videos: Our team showing you that your property is safe and secure. The
video will be a walkthrough of your apartment which will be sent via WhatsApp to you so
you can see first hand that we have been and inspected your property and all is well.
Dusting: A twice monthly dusting of the surfaces to help keep dust to a minimum.
Water pipes: A twice monthly water pipe inspection, this will be a visual check only.
Key Storage: The company securely stores a set of keys to your property.
Emergency Response: In the event of emergencies, the company can respond swiftly during office hours.
If during the checks an issue is found, we will contact the relevant trades people and resolve the
issue. We will then contact you to advise you what has occurred and inform you of any incurred
costs.
