ï‚· Water pipes: A monthly water pipe inspection, this will be a visual check only.
ï‚· Key Storage: The company securely stores a set of keys to your property.
ï‚· Emergency Response: In the event of emergencies, the company can respond swiftly.
If during the checks an issue is found, we will contact the relevant trades people and resolve the
issue. We will then contact you to advise you what has occurred and inform you of any incurred
